Return policy at NVC GROUP

The return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, NVC GROUP cannot support refunds or returns.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Some types of goods are not eligible for return or exchange, such as perishable goods, promotional gifts, custom or custom-made products.

Additional items not supported for return:

  • Gift Card
  • Download software
  • Some personal health care items

Please provide receipt or proof of purchase when making a return.

You do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds apply:

  • The book shows signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, cassette tapes, software, games, vinyl records
  • The product is not in its original condition, is missing accessories or is damaged due to a fault not from NVC GROUP
  • Returns more than 30 days from delivery

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, NVC GROUP will send an email to notify that the goods have been received and update the refund approval results.

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be transferred back to your original card or payment method as soon as possible.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Next, contact your card issuer as it may take some processing time before the refund is officially posted.

Only listed price products are eligible for refunds. Products on sale are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange

We only exchange products if there is a technical error or damage due to shipping. If you need to exchange the same product, please send an email to jackienguyen@nvcgroup.vn and send the goods to the address: 48 Nong Vu Street, Phuc Loi, Long Bien, Hanoi.

Present

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate of the corresponding value upon return. Once the returned item is received, the gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the giver received the item themselves and then gave it as a gift, a refund will be sent to the giver and they will be notified of the return.

Return product

To return the product, please send to the address: 48 Nong Vu Street, Phuc Loi, Long Bien, Hanoi.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The time to receive the exchanged product may vary depending on the customer’s geographic location.

For high-value products, customers should use a delivery service with tracking or purchase insurance. NVC GROUP does not guarantee to receive the product when the customer returns it.
